What is the return policy?

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please reach out and we'll make it right. Please note that returns due to personal preference regarding smell or appearance are not accepted.

Apparel items cannot be returned due to incorrect size or color preference. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us to report any issues.

Are any purchases final sale?

All products are nonrefundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Contact us for any questions or concerns.

When will I get my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details and shipping information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. All of our products are handcrafted, and orders typically ship within 5-10 business days. Please note, this does not include time the package is with the shipping carrier.

Do you do Custom Orders?

We accept most custom orders for home fragrances, please send us a message detailing what you are looking for. Custom orders are not available for apparel at this time.
